End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 11th January 2025

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the SalaamGCC mobile application and services (“App” or “Platform”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined in this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. License Grant

SalaamGCC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business purposes, in accordance with this EULA.

2. User Accounts

  • Registration: To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are available exclusively for Businesses, Real Estate Agencies, and Recruiters, offering enhanced features and visibility on SalaamGCC. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

Subscription Packages:

  • Silver Package - $79 USD
    • Post up to 50 ads across all categories.
    • Enjoy 30 days of unmatched visibility.
  • Gold Package - $109 USD
    • Post unlimited ads across all categories.
    • Experience 30 days of ultimate ad exposure.
  • Platinum Package - $279 USD
    • Post up to 50 premium ads, prominently displayed across SalaamGCC for 30 days.
    • Additional features:
      • 1 Meta Ad
      • 1 Google Ad
      • 1 TikTok Promo Video
    • Visibility benefits:
      • Top Homepage Spotlight – Your ad becomes the first thing users see.
      • Search & Category Domination – Your ad appears at the top in search results and categories.
  • Platinum Plus Package - $499 USD
    • Includes all features of the Platinum Package.
    • Unlimited ads across all categories.

Billing and Renewal:

  • Subscription fees are billed upfront through the App Store or Google Play.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Renewal charges are applied to your account at the end of each billing cycle.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • You can cancel subscriptions at any time through your account settings on the App Store or Google Play.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective platform (e.g., App Store or Google Play).

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not post content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Not engage in activities that could harm the Platform or its users, including spamming, harassment, or fraud.

5. Prohibited Items and Services

To maintain a safe and lawful marketplace, the following items and services are prohibited on SalaamGCC:

  • Illegal or Restricted Items: Weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, and any items prohibited by law.
  • Services: Any services that are illegal, unethical, or violate our policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and features within the App are the property of SalaamGCC or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

SalaamGCC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • User-generated content.
  • Third-party advertisements or links.
  • Subscription package performance beyond the agreed terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate this EULA or engage in prohibited activities.

9. Modifications to the EULA

SalaamGCC may update this EULA periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this EULA regularly.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
